Why is my balance off?
Check for manual overrides on specific dates. Overrides will replace calculated balances for that day.
How do I restore a backup?
Use Import CSV/JSON and select your JSON snapshot. This restores settings, items, categories, overrides, and occurrences.
Where are errors logged?
Open the developer console page and export the error log. Share the reference ID shown in the popup for troubleshooting.
